Karl’s Mowers delivers products anywhere in Australia (Subject to Conditions).

Terms & Conditions

No goods over 20 kg can be sent to a PO Box. Upon finalising your online order Karl’s Mowers will provide customers with two options for courier companies these two options are based on the cheapest and fastest delivery as calculated based on goods ordered & location. Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 2 and 10 working days depending exactly where the destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order the only products Karl’s Mowers will not ship are Ride-on Mowers, Zero Turn Mowers & Razorback products as supplier will not cover warranty for machines in crates, but they can be purchased & picked up in store. Karl’s Mowers does not include insurance as part of any product purchased. This would needed to be purchased separately to protect our customers from any goods damaged or lost in transit. Shipping charges can be calculated on the shopping cart page once a product is added to your cart. Karl’s Mowers does not accept liability for any goods lost in transit without insurance. When goods have been shipped please verify that they have been shipped correctly without damage before signing delivery con note. Signing the delivery con note means you have received the goods and they are in good working order, so you have taken ownership of the goods. No signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for by with the shipping company.


If for any reasons you are not happy with the product that you have purchased on-line Karl’s Mowers is happy to exchange the item/s for another product but will not be refunded due to changing your mind about the product, made the wrong choice or failed to accurately provide information when placing an order. The product must be returned to us undamaged and in its original condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the items. Although not required it is suggested you insure returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. (Please note that insurance up to $100.00 is a cost of $2.50 only within Australia. If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund or exchange. Please see instructions for defective Items below when it comes to returns or exchange we operate a fair and reasonable policy. All items are thoroughly inspected for defects at our depot prior to shipping. You should contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel if you believe there is an error and deem it necessary to return the item. All postage associated with returns to Karl’s Mowers is the responsibility of the customer and returned shipping of the exchanged item is also the customer’s expense. All exchanges and credits are assessed on a case by case basis, & may be refused at the discretion of Karl’s Mowers. Karl’s Mowers provide high resolution imagery so all products are represented on our website. Karl’s Mowers prides itself on providing quality products at very competitive prices .All equipment is inspected for quality, however some slight imperfections may occur due to the manufacturing process.

Defective Items

Please phone for a returns authorization number, no returns will be accepted without this number.

Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered. *Original condition means unused, unmarked & in original packaging.

Discounted Items

Please note that discounted items cannot be returned, as they are offered at a greatly reduced price and will not be restocked. 

How to return your item

  • Complete the on-line contact form, or contact Karl’s Mowers customer service team on 07 5593 4899. 
  • A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number .
  • You must obtain a RAN number immediately on obtaining a RAN number.
  • Make sure it is clearly marked on the return packaging with the return address.
  • As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped or re-ordered.
  • The return must be received by Karl’s Mowers within 14 days of the RAN number being issued.
